At Make It Messy!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return the item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We want you to love what you've purchased! If you're not fully satisfied and wish to exchange an item, we welcome you to do so for an item of equal value.
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at makeitmessycda@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with the appropriate instructions and the return address.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1857 W Hayden Avenue, Suite 101, Hayden, Idaho 83835
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
